If you have time for another drink, a swift drink or even a couple more drinks. Why not make it an Irish coffee?
One of the bars favourites and for good reason. We combine Guinness syrup with our dark roasted coffee and a good glug of beautiful Irish whisky. Floated on the top is house vanilla cream and a grating of nutmeg just to add a cherry on top of the cake.
Watch us make it in reverse in the pictures or come watch the real thing at the bar. You can only try in one way tho.

Tilt has had some great drinks over the years but one we still get asked for to this day is the infamous Pink Squirrel.
We've decided to put our nuts on the table and update this Tilt Classic with a summer twist: Our homemade Cherry Ripple Ice Cream.
Vodka is the backbone of this drink with dulcet Amaretto, a splash of chocolate and a healthy portion of cherry ripple.
Decadent and delicious we think this is the rare sequal that beats the original!
